La producción de HBO "Game of Thrones" se impone como la gran candidata a los premios Emmy al contar con 23 nominaciones de los más importantes premios de la televisión internacional, que se entregan esta noche en Los Ángeles.

La historia de dragones y peleas por el Trono de Hierro, basada en las novelas de George Martin y que va por la sexta temporada, se impone a “The People v O.J. Simpson", que relata parte del juicio al ex actor y ex jugador de fútbol americano acusado de matar a su esposa, con 22 candidaturas.
